The Wastewater Department is operational seven days a week, 365 days per year, however, the regular office hours are Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30PM.

The Billing Office hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 1PM. If you have any billing questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Billing Information:
We bill our customers quarterly at a current minimum rate of $110 per unit. That minimum charge covers periodic pumping of your tank and maintenance of the system. Our system handles only gray water, therefore, all residents are required to have their own septic tank for solids.
